CCGWatch is a not-for-profit organisation. It was set up to help patients, staff and public use the statutory provisions of the NHS Constitution to get informed and involved to influence the commissioning of NHS services under the government’s new system that came into force on 1 April 2013 – and to combat any other threats to truly public NHS services.
The organisation was set up by health blogger and activist Steve Walker (www.skwalker1964.wordpress.com), with involvement/endorsement from unions, campaign groups and MPs. For a testimonial from MP and Health Select Committee member Grahame Morris, please click here.
CCGWatch aims to provide assistance to people on a completely free of charge basis. In order to achieve this aim, it needs to raise funds. If you are willing and able to make a donation to the fighting fund to allow this to continue, please visit the CCGWatch crowdfunding page and donate there. If you feel able to make a monthly contribution, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll contact you to provide the necessary bank details and offer our thanks!
